Yes. We deliver, set up, secure, and inspect every water slide before your event. When your rental is over, we'll return to take it down.

Yes. Water slides can be set up on grass, dirt, concrete, asphalt, or other hard, level surfaces.
Please note: Setups on concrete, asphalt, or other hard surfaces require additional anchoring equipment and are subject to an additional setup fee.

Yes. The setup area must be level, clean, and free of rocks, debris, low tree branches, power lines, and other obstacles to ensure safe operation.

Yes. A working outdoor water spigot must be available within 50 feet of the setup area.

Yes. A standard 110-volt electrical outlet must be available within 50 feet of the setup area to power the blower.

Yes. We provide one water hose and one extension cord up to 50 feet at no additional charge. If additional length is needed, please let us know when booking.

Yes. Most of our water slides can be used dry.
However, during Arizona summers we do not recommend using them without water. The slide surface can become extremely hot in direct sunlight and may cause burns or discomfort. For everyone's safety, we strongly recommend using water during hot weather.

For safety and according to the manufacturer's recommendations:
- Only one person should be climbing the stairs at a time.
- Only one person should be sliding down at a time.
- A maximum of two people should be on the slide at once, one climbing and one sliding.
- The maximum combined weight capacity is 600 pounds

For everyone's safety, the following rules must be followed at all times:
- Adult supervision is required at all times.
- Only one person may climb the stairs at a time.
- Only one person may slide down at a time.
- A maximum of two people should be on the slide at one time: one climbing and one sliding.
- The maximum combined weight capacity is 600 pounds.
- No flips, roughhousing, wrestling, pushing, or horseplay.
- Do not climb or hang on the sides, walls, or safety netting.
- Always slide feet first. Never slide headfirst.
- Wait until the person ahead of you has completely exited before taking your turn.
- Remove shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, keys, phones, and other sharp objects before entering.
- Do not bring food, drinks, gum, or pets onto the inflatable.
- Do not use the water slide during lightning, strong winds, or severe weather.
- If the blower loses power or the inflatable begins to deflate, everyone must exit immediately.
- Customers may not move, unplug, or reposition the water slide after it has been installed.
