Does everyone need a chair?

For a seated meal, plan one chair per guest. For a standing reception, the number depends on your guests and event length. Provide seated options for anyone who needs or prefers them.

Does the calculator include buffet and gift tables?

The seated calculation covers guest tables and chairs. Add separate tables for food, desserts, gifts, registration, or other event needs.

Can I use a mix of table styles?

Yes. This calculator estimates one style at a time. Tell us how you want to combine table styles, and we can help work out your quantities.

Does calculating reserve my rentals?

No. Send us your event date, location, and rental list to request a quote. Quantities, pricing, and availability must be confirmed before reserving.
