Outdoor games are typically rented for a full-day event. We generally deliver the games up to two hours before the event begins and pick them up the following day. Delivery and pickup times depend on availability and our delivery schedule

Yes. We set up the outdoor games when they are delivered so they’re ready for your event.

Space requirements vary by game. For comfortable play, we recommend approximately:
• Cornhole: 35 ft × 15 ft

Yes. Outdoor games can be added to orders with tables, chairs, canopies, BBQ grills, patio heaters, beverage equipment, coolers, trash receptacles, and other event rentals.

Outdoor games can be reserved at any time, subject to availability. Because availability can change as events are booked, we recommend reserving as soon as you know your event date.

If bad weather is expected, please contact Let’s Party Event Co. by the evening before your scheduled event to discuss rescheduling your outdoor game rental. Same-day weather cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Yes. Rent two or more outdoor games for the same event and receive 10% off the game rentals.

Outdoor games can be set up on grass or other suitable surfaces, depending on the game. Grass must be dry at the time of setup. Cornhole should not be played directly on concrete or other rough surfaces because they can damage the cornhole bags. Our Giant Stackable Block Game is set up on a protective mat provided by Let’s Party Event Co. Final placement may depend on the surface and site conditions.
