When helping customers select linens, we start with two things: the type of event and the size of the table. From there, we can help determine whether a lap-length or floor-length tablecloth works best for the look you’re trying to create.
For weddings and formal events, floor-length linens are a popular choice for a polished appearance. Lap-length linens can also create an attractive, formal look while generally being a more economical option and leaving less fabric around guests’ feet.

Not sure which one to choose? Both options can create a beautiful, professional-looking event setup.
Lap-Length Tablecloths
Lap-length linens provide an attractive finished appearance without extending all the way to the floor. They’re a good option for customers who want a polished setup while keeping costs lower.
They also leave less fabric around guests’ feet.
Floor-Length Tablecloths
Floor-length linens extend to the floor and are especially popular for weddings and formal events. They create a finished, elegant appearance and conceal the table legs underneath.
Some guests prefer lap-length linens because floor-length fabric can occasionally get underneath guests’ feet or be pulled when people move their chairs.
Spandex Linens & Chair Covers

REQUEST LINEN OPTIONSProfessionally Prepared for Your Event
Our rental linens are professionally cleaned and pressed and provided bagged and on hangers, ready for your event. There’s no need to purchase linens that you may only use once or spend time washing and pressing dozens of tablecloths before your event.
After your event, you do not need to wash the linens before returning them. We simply ask that food, decorations, and other debris be removed. If linens become wet, keep them separate and allow them to dry rather than placing wet linens into a closed plastic bag.
Linen Rentals Without Tables & Chairs
Already have your tables? You can rent linens from us separately. Although many customers add linens to their table and chair rental, you do not have to rent tables or chairs from us to rent tablecloths.
Delivery is normally available, and scheduled customer pickup may also be available by appointment.

What size tablecloth do I need?
The correct linen size depends on the shape and size of your table and how far you want the linen to hang. Tell us your table size and whether you prefer lap-length or floor-length, and we’ll help you select the appropriate linen.
Should I choose lap-length or floor-length tablecloths?
Both can create a polished appearance. Floor-length linens are especially popular for weddings and formal events. Lap-length linens also look formal and can be a more economical option with less fabric around guests’ feet.
What tablecloth colors do you carry?
Our regularly stocked colors include white, black, ivory, navy blue, royal blue, red, and brown. White and black are our most frequently requested colors. Additional colors may be available with advance notice.
Can you get a color you don’t normally carry?
Often, yes. With enough advance notice, we can check with our linen supplier for additional colors. Availability depends on the color, quantity, and event date.
Do I have to rent tables and chairs to rent tablecloths?
No. Linens can be rented separately. You can rent tablecloths from us even if you already have your own tables and chairs.
Do I need to wash rental tablecloths before returning them?
No. We take care of the laundering. Remove food, decorations, and debris before returning the linens. Wet linens should be kept separate and allowed to dry rather than being sealed inside a plastic bag.
Are the tablecloths cleaned and pressed?
Yes. Rental linens are professionally cleaned and pressed and provided bagged and on hangers. Because linens are folded for transportation, normal fold lines may be present.
Do you offer linens for cocktail tables?
Yes. We offer linen options for cocktail tables, including polyester and fitted spandex options depending on size and availability.
