Rental Period, Delivery and Pickup
Prices cover a one-day event rental. We typically deliver the day before and pick up the day after, depending on availability. Delivery fees are separate. Early delivery, specific-time requests, and same-day delivery and pickup carry additional charges. See Delivery and Pickup below for details.

Delivery fees are calculated separately based on the event location, order size, and site access. Standard delivery is curbside. Optional setup and teardown are available for an additional charge. Stairs, long carries, and exact-time delivery may require additional fees. Final delivery, setup, and applicable tax amounts are included in the written estimate.

Yes. We require a $75 equipment rental minimum for delivery, plus a separate delivery fee. Your quote will include the delivery cost for your location and order.

Yes. Customer pickup and return are available by appointment. There is no pickup fee. Contact us to arrange a time and confirm that your vehicle can accommodate your order

Your rental total is based on the quantity and type of tables and chairs rented, rental duration, delivery charges, optional setup/teardown services, applicable taxes, and any additional scheduling charges that may apply.
