Yes. We offer delivery throughout the Phoenix metro area, and customer pickup is available by appointment for certain evaporative coolers.
Smaller evaporative coolers may be transported in a pickup truck, while larger commercial coolers require a properly sized trailer. All coolers must remain upright during transportation and may never be laid on their side. Standard passenger cars and most sedans are not suitable for transporting our coolers.
Customers picking up equipment must bring appropriate tie-down straps. While our staff can assist with loading, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the equipment is properly secured before leaving our facility. Let's Party Event Co. is not responsible for equipment that is improperly secured or transported.

The best way to determine the right evaporative cooler is to give us a call. We'll ask a few questions to recommend the proper size and number of coolers for your event or job site.

Will the canopy have sidewalls?
Approximately how large is the area you want to cool?
How many guests, tables, or chairs are you trying to keep comfortable?

Yes. We deliver and professionally set up our evaporative coolers.
A working electrical outlet and water source are required for operation. If multiple coolers are being used, we can also provide or rent water splitters when needed.

Yes. Every evaporative cooler rental includes the necessary water hose and power cord (up to 50 feet each) for a typical setup.
Customers must have access to a working water spigot and a suitable electrical outlet. If additional length is needed beyond the included connections, additional water hoses or power cords (up to 50 feet each) are available for $10.99 each.

Yes. We can connect multiple evaporative coolers to a single water spigot by using water splitters when appropriate.

In some situations, multiple evaporative coolers may be able to operate from the same electrical circuit. However, whenever possible, we prefer to use separate electrical outlets for each cooler to help ensure reliable operation and reduce the chance of overloading a circuit.
If only one outlet is available, let us know before your event, and we'll help determine the safest and most effective electrical setup.

Generally, no.
Evaporative coolers add moisture to the air, while air conditioners remove moisture. Using both in the same enclosed area reduces the efficiency of both systems.
For warehouses, restaurants, or commercial buildings with existing air conditioning, we typically recommend using fans to circulate the cooled air rather than introducing additional humidity with an evaporative cooler. If you're unsure, we're happy to recommend the best solution for your application.

Whenever possible, we avoid moving evaporative coolers and other large rental equipment through the interior of a home.
Customers should provide a clear outdoor path, side gate, driveway, or other safe access to the setup area. In limited situations, our team may move equipment through a home only when there is a wide, completely clear path and the equipment can be transported safely.
Final access and placement are determined by our delivery team. If a safe route is not available, the equipment may need to be placed in the nearest accessible location.

If delivery requires carrying equipment up or down stairs, please let us know before placing your order.
Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the number of stairs, access conditions, and the equipment being delivered. We'll review the access requirements with you before delivery.

Evaporative coolers work best in hot, dry climates like Arizona and in outdoor or well-ventilated areas.
Cooling performance depends on several factors, including the outdoor temperature, humidity, direct sunlight, shade, airflow, whether the cooler is under a canopy, and whether sidewalls are being used.
If you're unsure how many coolers you'll need, we'll be happy to recommend the best setup for your event or job site.

Yes. Evaporative coolers perform very well under canopies with open sides.
If your canopy will have sidewalls or be partially enclosed, let us know in advance so we can recommend the proper cooler size, placement, and quantity for the best results.

When connected to a garden hose, the cooler automatically maintains the proper water level for continuous operation.
If you're using the internal water reservoir only, the unit will need to be refilled periodically to continue providing cooling.
