Yes. We position the grill, connect the propane when applicable, start the grill, and verify that it is operating properly. We also show you how to start and shut off the grill before we leave.

Yes. Grilling utensil sets are available for $12.99. The utensils provided depend on the type of grill or griddle rented. Griddle utensil sets may include a spatula/scraper, basting brushes, and squeeze bottles for oil, sauces, or other cooking liquids.

Yes. The grill can be safely placed on grass or other level outdoor surfaces.

Please have a minimum area of 5 feet by 8 feet available for safe setup and operation.

Yes. Our commercial grills are perfect for company events, schools, churches, fundraisers, weddings, festivals, and other large gatherings.

Yes, provided grilling is permitted by the park. Customers are responsible for obtaining any required permits and following all park rules.

No. For safety reasons, grills should not be operated directly beneath a canopy or tent. Heat, smoke, grease, and flare-ups can damage the canopy and may create a fire hazard. Please follow all local fire codes and venue regulations.

Our grills are designed for outdoor use, but severe weather can affect your event. Customers are responsible for monitoring weather conditions and using the equipment safely. We recommend having a backup plan in case of rain or high winds.

Yes. We provide a long-reach grill lighter with every rental in case an igniter does not function properly.

A $9.00 replacement charge applies if not returned

Yes. Customers are responsible for removing and properly disposing of all charcoal and ashes before our team picks up the grill.

No. Charcoal is not included with the rental.

Yes. Charcoal and ashes must be completely removed and properly disposed of before our scheduled pickup. If you would like Let’s Party Event Co. to remove and dispose of the charcoal and ashes, a $75 disposal fee applies.
