Yes, provided grilling is permitted by the park. Customers are responsible for obtaining any required permits and following all park rules.

No. For safety reasons, grills should not be operated directly beneath a canopy or tent. Heat, smoke, grease, and flare-ups can damage the canopy and may create a fire hazard. Please follow all local fire codes and venue regulations.

Our grills are designed for outdoor use, but severe weather can affect your event. Customers are responsible for monitoring weather conditions and using the equipment safely. We recommend having a backup plan in case of rain or high winds.

Yes. We position the grill, connect the propane tanks, verify that all burners ignite properly, demonstrate that everything is working correctly, then shut the grill off before leaving.

Yes. We provide a long-reach grill lighter with every rental in case an igniter does not function properly.

A replacement charge will apply if the lighter is not returned with the grill.
Customer Responsibility
Once equipment has been delivered, the customer is responsible for the care, safe operation, and security of all rented equipment until it is picked up by Let's Party Event Co. The customer is responsible for any loss, theft, misuse, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Customers are also responsible for operating all rental equipment safely and in accordance with applicable local laws, venue rules, manufacturer recommendations, and fire safety regulations.
