Canopy FAQ

  • We recommend allowing approximately 5 to 10 additional feet of clear space around all sides of the canopy or frame tent for proper setup and anchoring. The setup area should also be level and clear of obstacles.

  • Canopies and frame tents can be installed on a variety of surfaces, including grass, asphalt and concrete. The anchoring method will depend on the surface and setup conditions.

  • Yes. Professional setup and teardown are included with our canopy and frame tent rentals.

  • Depending on the tent size, surface and setup conditions, we may use stakes, 50-lb sandbags, water barrels or a combination of anchoring methods. Our team determines the appropriate method for each installation.

  • Yes. Optional tent sidewalls are available for $30 per 20-foot section. Sidewalls can be added to provide additional coverage around the tent.

  • Yes. Lighting is available as an optional add-on. Larger frame tents can accommodate string lighting, and a single light can be added underneath our 10' × 10' canopies.

  • Weather conditions can affect the safe installation and use of a canopy or frame tent. In cases of high winds or severe weather, the tent may need to be taken down or may not be installed for safety reasons. Weather-related changes are handled based on the conditions and timing of the event.

  • Delivery and pickup times are scheduled based on the event and our delivery schedule. We commonly deliver in advance of the event and pick up afterward. Exact delivery and pickup arrangements will be confirmed with your reservation.

  • The rental period is based on the event dates and times listed on your reservation. If you need the tent for multiple days, let us know when requesting your quote so we can provide the appropriate rental pricing.

  • We recommend reserving as early as possible, especially for larger frame tents and during busy event seasons. Availability depends on the tent size and your event date.
