Canopy FAQ

  • We exclusively use professional standard frame tents. These are heavy-duty, commercial structures built with an open metal frame. Because they do not require a giant center pole to hold the tent up, you get 100% open, completely usable floor space underneath the canopy for your tables and chairs.

  • We configure our layouts using standard round tables with 8 chairs per table so your guests can sit and socialize comfortably. Based on your guest count, here is what fits:

    • 20x20 Frame Tent: Fits up to 4 round tables (seats 32 guests).

    • 20x40 Frame Tent: Fits up to 8 round tables (seats 64 guests).

    • 20x60 Frame Tent: Fits up to 12 round tables (seats 96 guests).

    Can you handle large events that require multiple tents?

    Yes. We carry a large inventory of commercial standard frame tents. This allows us to easily handle high-volume dates, large community gatherings, festivals, or corporate events that require multiple structures at once.

    How do I get pricing or a quote for my event?

    We customize our estimates based on your specific setup needs. Simply let us know which tent size you want (or your total guest count) and how many tables and chairs you need, and we will provide a custom estimate tailored to your layout.

    What time do you deliver and pick up the tent?

    We typically deliver and fully set up your tent in the afternoon between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM before your event. We then return to pick it up the day after your event. If your venue or schedule has specific timing requirements, just let us know and we will happily work it out with you!

    Can the tent be set up on a concrete driveway or patio?

    Yes. We can install our frame tents on any type of floor or surface. Standard setup on a grass lawn using stakes is fully included in your base rental. For hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt, or pavers), we use heavy sandbags, water barrels, or cement blocks to anchor the tent safely.

    • Note for water barrel setups: If we use water barrels to anchor your tent, we just ask that you provide access to a working outdoor water spigot. We will bring our own hose to handle the filling process.

    • Pricing: Please note that hard surface anchoring requires an extra fee to cover the additional heavy equipment and labor.

    What happens if it is unsafe to stake into the ground?

    Safety is our absolute top priority. If your yard has shallow sprinkler lines, pool plumbing, landscape lighting, or public utilities that make staking dangerous, we pivot to the safest alternative: using our heavy-duty weights or cement blocks. Using blocks or weights completely eliminates the risk of property damage. Please note that because transporting and handling heavy weights requires extra equipment and labor, weighted anchoring is subject to an additional fee.

    How much space do you need to set up a tent, and how should I prepare the area?

    We require a flat, clear area that is at least 4 feet larger than the tent size you ordered (for example, a 24x24 ft area for a 20x20 tent).

    The setup zone must be completely clear before our crew arrives. This means:

    • No low-hanging tree branches, power lines, or heavy bushes in the way.

    • The ground underneath must be entirely empty. Items like barbecue gas grills, patio furniture, fire pits, or toys must be moved completely out of the zone.

    For safety reasons, our team cannot lift heavy metal canopy frames over existing objects. If your space is not cleared and requires our crew to work around obstacles, an extra labor fee will be added to your bill to cover the additional time and safety risks.

    How can I ensure my space is ready for setup?
