Delivery, setup & pickup
Our team delivers, professionally sets up, and takes down your canopy or frame tent. We confirm the timing and anchoring plan with your reservation.
Delivery & setup
Usually the day before your event, between 5:00 and 6:30 PM. We handle the installation so the tent is ready when your event begins.
Pickup & teardown
Usually the day after your event, between 5:00 and 6:30 PM. Sunday pickups are typically in the morning. Exact times are confirmed when you reserve.

Frame tents can be anchored with stakes, sandbags, or water barrels depending on the surface. Optional sidewalls for 20-foot-wide tents are $30 per section. For 10′ × 10′ canopies, staking is included when possible; where staking is unavailable, four 50-lb sandbags are $7 each.
